Bookings and Payments

Where payment is not make at the time of booking, places will be reserved for 7 days or until 7 days before the course date, whichever is sooner.

Payment can be made by BACS, cheque, credit card using Google Checkout (What is Google Checkout?) or PayPal. If booking within 7 days of a course, please ensure that you pay by credit card or PayPal. Payment is not taken by telephone.

In any event, HardSkills reserves the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received prior to attending your course. VAT is charged at the current rate on all accounts. VAT registration No. 754 7426 10.

If you have a food intolerance/allergy, please inform us at the time of booking.

Fees

Our Published fees include course materials, use of video and other training equipment as and when required with the exception of laptops (useful on Finance courses). Prepared notes for each delegate's future reference are provided. Lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments are included. The number of delegates attending each course is limited in order to ensure individual participation.

Substitutions

Substitutions can be made at any time without incurring additional fees. We would be grateful if you could let us know the name of the new delegate(s) beforehand.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking at any time up to 7 days before the course and obtain a full refund, less a 5% charge for transaction costs. If you cancel within 7 days of the course a cancellation fee equal to 100% of course fees paid will be charged. Any discounts applied to bookings will be removed. For instance, if 2 places are booked and 1 place is cancelled, the refund will be calculated by charging the remaining place at full non-discounted price and subtracting this from the amount paid.

All cancellations must be confirmed to us in writing and an acknowledgement received from HardSkills.

No refunds will be given for non-attendance, late arrival or early departure.

HardSkills may cancel the course within 7 days of the course date. All payments will be refunded in full.
