competitive learning

mazeHardSkills helps managers to acquire hard skills. These are the skills associated with how firms achieve sustainable competitive advantage and in a narrow sense relate to strategy, marketing and finance. In a broader context we help to promote "learning organisations" by developing managers who are attuned to the competitive environment and the factors that drive performance - both now and in the future.

At HardSkills we design and deliver training, ranging from short courses through to programmes extending over several days. We also support organisations through facilitation services. The principle underlying our approach is that managers, and their organisations, will perform better if they have a seeking, questioning, interpreting, experimenting and sharing approach to business. In short, that they are learners in all that they do.

if all you have is a hammer ...Over the last ten years our consultants have worked in over 12 countries with a wide range of organisations, including Ericsson, ntl:Telewest, Gazprom, Virgin, Cisco, Oxford University Press, May Gurney and the dti.

Please use the menu above to find out more about our services and expertise. Within each expertise section you may also view or download (pdf format) outlines for popular courses. ... then everything is a nail
